Holiday Exercise Program

Starting December 26th and running through the week, I will be posting workouts and daily tips to get through the week without completely going overboard but still have fun.  I know I will need it during my week off and I hope you will join me.  I might even add some video of workouts or maybe some recipes for the holidays that are not too off-the-charts crazy in calories.
