Hi, I’m Coach Celia! I love hearing stories, stories of my clients and their goals.  The more I know, the more I can help.  I live in SW Florida and being at an Outdoor Fit class is the best part of my day.  My second favorite place to be is in front of my laptop working out with my online friends.  Whether you can make it to one of my classes at Vineyards Park in Naples or we workout together  on-line.  I look forward to hearing your story.

My goal from the start was simple: to provide my client with the best fitness training value in the region. And I believe I’ve accomplished this objective, offering smaller class sizes, more personal attention, and superior workouts, all at lower overall rates than the competition. I bring the best of the gym outdoors, incorporating tires, logs, weights, resistance bands and sometimes nothing but your own body weight into my sessions.

My students tell me this all the time, and I never get tired of hearing it. I methodically devise every workout for maximum results, while always striving to keep things fresh and exciting. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

I hold a Personal Trainer Certification from National Council on Strength & Fitness and a General Nutrition Counselor Certification from AFPA. By day, I have a successful career as the CFO of a local engineering firm. But I truly love being a fitness coach, and I plan on running my daily classes for as long as I possibly can.

I love helping people reach their fitness goals and sharing what I have learned about muscles, bones, joints, nutrition and wellness.
